COTM - Index of Winners

Thanks to stormitecture for starting the COTM index of winners. Since he won't be on CF as much now, I offered to take over the task of keeping the list updated.

Still have more work, but should be useful for those that want to search through a great list of top notch Jeeps from forum members. Things I still need (or want) to do: link each winners name to their profile, add index that includes specs (year, engine, trans, TC, Diffs, lift, etc.), theme oriented indexing, picture indexing, and some misc. statistics that really don't mean much, and more.
