Default April COTM Submission

-1996
-Cherokee Sport 4x4
-4.0L with D30 in front and Chrysler 8.25 rear, AW4 tranny with NP231 T-Case
-Well this is my 96 XJ, she has a 7.5" lift(6.5" of it is from Rough Country, there is a 1" block in rear and a 1" coil spacer in front), she sits on 33x12.50x15" KM2's with 15" Rock Crawler wheels, she is locked in front with an Ausie locker, she has stock highway gears(for now), custom built front stinger(homemade) with two offroad lights, custom rear bumper with tire carrier(33x12.50x15" Super Swamper for my spare), roof rack with two more offroad lights, Riddler front diff cover, Skyjacker front brake lines, Pro-Comp shocks, cb radio with antenna mount on rear bumper(firestick).

-I plan on putting a full exo cage on her, soon to have custom rock sliders(as in next weekend), putting in a rear locrite soon, rear diff cover, 4:10 gears, 4.6 stroker and hopefully switching the axels out to something bigger(not sure yet, still looking around) so that I can run 35's, and plan on diamond plating the "running boards" just for looks.

MISCELLANEOUS:

I won't lie, this MJ is currently under the knife. I started working on it this summer and I still have not buttoned it up completely. I am planning on having it ready for this summer to use as my getaway vehicle, its not far from being drivable again right now. *

I have the bumpers almost finished up with the front being a hidden witch bumper with a 8,000lb winch and $500 MJ's type rear bumper with added side protection.*
I've got some good long term goals that I am starting to collect parts for. The truck will someday be setup with 4.88 gears and an E-locker up front with a full case Detroit locker out back . I will be installing JCR Offroad 1-ton OTK steering and revisiting my suspension with Ironman from long arms. *I'd like to upgrade the headlights later down the road and put a KJ light bar up top.*

So, Here are some shots of the truck's progression:

Such a hard decision

AeroSynch has a VERY clean rig...
KeeGirl96 and Mudmann94 have that go anywhere, been everywhere expeditionary look that I prefer...
Nickell586 drives the XJ terror that Wranglers have nightmares of...
And I'm just a sucker for the Commanche as it was my first Jeep ever (even though I hate that Renix setup)...
