Project Bigfoot
Lets start from the beginning, Im 16 years old. I work hard, mow lawns for money, and fund every mod i do myself. I started out with a Jeep liberty, lifted it, threw on some 31s, built a bumper, and dove headfirst into the world of Jeeps and wheeling. The liberty went just about anywhere i wanted it to, although the IFS flex really limited it compared to friends TJs and XJs. So, I sold it.
With the extra money i bought a 1999 XJ 4x4, 4.0 I6, Up country package with full skids for 3k. I have some big plans for this Jeep- may take a while, but itll get there.
Wheeling the Lib:
Bigfoot:
Stupid 35...
Have to go to pick n pull and get a new passenger inside door handle, the PO broke it.
Also upgraded the stereo and speakers to Kenwood.
To do list:
RC 4.5in lift (ordered)
RC Drop brakets (ordered)
33" Mt's
Ford 8.8
Custom bumper front and rear

That's good to know about the ride- it's a jeep so I'm not super concerned, but id like it to still have decent road manners.
And I was under the impression that 99s only had the 8.25. I was wrong lol. Guess my xj is just special

8.25 is better. and I still go down the highway at 75-80 and there are no problems (we'll see if that changes when I get new wheels and tires.

I don't have any vibrations at all. I put the 1" TC drop on it which I'm sure helped alot. I was worried that I would have to do the SYE when I did the lift but since there is no problems I can wait on that and do some other things.
