DRIVETRAIN:
NP 231HD Lifted and Tucked above frame rails
Dana 60 Front w/custom 1.5" 35 spline 4340 Chromo shafts, Trussed, 5.38 gears with lockright. CTM u-joints 90" outside tire to tire
Sterling 10.25 rear w/35 spline shafts, Trussed, Lincoln locked, 5.38 gears
Custom driveshafts built by me, balanced by six states
STEERING:
Stock box tapped for hydro assist
1650 psi 4.5gpm steering pump
2x8" Ram
18" heatsink cooler, Large TG reservoir
1.75x.250 Dom for steering
All 3/4 bore heims, pitman arm and knuckles tapped for 3/4" bolt to keep from wallowing out, 1" drop pitman arm
Custom steering box brace
SUSPENSION:
Every bracket, control arm, mount, truss, and crossmember was built by ME, I used the link calculator off pirate to build my front and rear link setups.
Front: Stretched 6"
5" coils, True 3-link with panhard, 2x2x.250 Sq tube (higher MOI then round)
Panhard with 3 different bolt locations on each side, bracket made out of 3/8". 1.25" heims with 3/4" bore, 3/16 Truss going from coil bucket to coil bucket. Relocated coil posts forward, All brackets made with 1/4" plate.
Bilstein 5125
Rear: Stretched 8"
5" coils, Double triangulated 4-link, 2x2x.250 tube
Upper links adjustable to go from 78%, 98%, 128% AS, Custom Truss
All Heims are 1.25" with 3/4" bore.
Triangulated Bilstein 5125 Shocks
INTERIOR:
Uniden CB, Led's under dash, ARB switches,
On board air pressure gauge and switch
WHEELS/TIRES:
Tires: 37x14.50x15 Toyo MT
Rims: 8 lug 15" Black steel
ARMOR:
Trans skid plate, T-case skidplate, Reinforced 60 cover, Rock sliders (soon to be boatsides)
MISCELLANEOUS:
Plated frame in 3/16" and 1/4" plate on outside, underneath, and inside of frame from front to back. Cut 2" off the front of the frame and built custom crossmember/radiator support. Cut 2.5" off the back of the frame and built custom crossmember. Relocated gas tank in cargo area. Built custom trans crossmember out of 2x2x.250 square tube and raised it up 2". All custom coil mounts, Comp cut to clear 40's

Ha thanks everybody, it was a TON of work but totally worth it! Its pretty Sad when a little Jeep is wider then the fullsize truck towing it! I just bought some 2013 Cummins head lights and will be making a custom front end for this pig with these lights along with some tube fenders and a cage. Will be starting it this weekend and aiming to be finished and street legal by the end of march, so get a good look at it because it won't look even close to how it does now! Thanks for all the comments, its nice to know I built something badass.
