Hooligan Off Road Engineering

Let me start by saying that Giff is the ****ING Man!!!! So Giff and I started my new slider/air tanks yesterday. Man did they come out sick. Long *** day but worth it!! Started at 10 am in Giff's Driveway takin off the old sliders. Then we started cuttin the old rockers out. For the record someone must have smashed the **** out of my rockers!! We figured out how we were going to mount it all and got down and dirty with it!! at 5am they were both on. Next time it will take half the time. They are serious can't wait to drop the jeep on a rock. Half of my "Foundation" for the exo is complete Next is the TNT stiffeners and then lots of tubing and a long arm kit!!!!!!!!!!

Naked

Fender finally off

Giff getting his grind on

rocker out

Fender cut...hello 35's!!

Capping the Sliders

Way to weld that **** Giff!!!!

I don' think you could have seen these bad boys on craigs list. We fabbed these from scratch. Unless you saw my Jeep in the ad I put up there selling the old sliders had.

Man how I like Fridays at Giff's!!!!!!! Well We made huge progress yesterday. Giff'f Stepdad saw a bender on craigs list and we checked it out and it happened to be the EXACT bender we were gonna buy for $850 for $475. Yatzee. Bought 218 feet of 1 1/2 .120 wall for the EXO! We got the unibody stiffeners on, the tube fenders on and the front hoop for the exo on. There was a small learning curve on the bender but we are starting to figure it out. Giff is the man again!! Man that ****er can weld. He had this big smile on his face all day and when Giff's happy, I'm happy!
