What could cause a clunk while turning or when I back up and then stop? It's coming from the front. New axle joints. Trac bar tight, new motor mounts, new tie rod ends(only some), everything is greased and good to go. Ball joints and wheel bearings are good. I've looked at the steering box but noticed it was on key with the steering wheel so that should be fine. Out of ideas guys!

I understand its a jeep and jeeps make noise. If you heard this you would know its not a normal sound. I may take a video so you can hear. Il also ask my auto tech teacher to take a spin with me Tuesday. What do you think about removing the rear shaft and going for a spin in 4wd. Thats what I tried for the front shaft which ruled out it isnt that. Could be an out of balance rear shaft even though it sounds like its coming from the front.

Thanks for the help so far. Il throw one other question out there. Since I bought my Jeep water has leaked in from the rear hatch, towards the middle. I replaced the weather stripping today, its a pain to shut the hatch now and on top of that, it still leaks. With the hatch open I can see the rubber hatch wiring covers are tore open. Could that be the cause of the leak?
