Your engine will run cooler which means you'll be stuck in the 'warm up' phase and use more gas. It won't hurt it though.
There's a proper operating temperature for a reason though.
And I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong about using more gas but I'm pretty sure that's the case.
You will not damage the motor though. But you should only run the motor like this very temporarily. Not long term
I've spent a week looking for an answer so I hope you can help. 2001 Cherokee, replaced - coil rail, all injectors(4 hole), reflashed ecm $$$, new plugs, crank position sensor and shaft. I still get misfire codes and low pressre evap. leak codes. Starts good and idles good. When I excellerate hard engine starts missing and stumbling. Won't go past 2500 rpm untill I turn the key off and back on. Then it runs great untill I excellerate hard again(as in passing). restarting always corrects the problems. 195,000 mi. Uses no oil of radiator fluid. PLEASE HELP.

Third times a charm right?
So I'm upgrading my rear brakes to discs next week and I just want to make sure I've got all I need. So I have backing plates, calipers, I think there called axle studs ( connect the backing plate to the axle), and the prop valve from the donor, and new lug studs, fluids and gaskets.
Also will I need to do any modification to the hard lines on my jeep to get them to fit in the prop valve or connect to the soft lines on the calipers or is it just screw in and go?
Thank you guys.
