If there is no corrosion or they are new take the 180 to it and make sure you sand all the shinny of so the original color is dull. The 180 should also be light enough that you'll avoid sanding scratches. The make sure you clean the part of all dust very well and paint it up

Edit: if its old and is a hard metal component knock it with the 40 first but don't press to hard and work it around to avoid deep scratches that the 180 can't take out. Then smooth it out a bit with the 180 and clean it up then paint it.

Who's part number is that? You need three inch wide u bolts that are at least a couple inches longer than stock.

Those should work. My only concern is how thick they are, they are thicker than stock ones for sure, but I don't know if they will fit through the holes in the shock mounts. You could measure the holes in the shock mounts and see.

I ask because I'm going to get some made. I don't like waiting. I just wanting to make sure, so I don't get them made then can't return them. That's all.

I haven't found anybody talking about this, and I didn't really wanna read over 800 pages of questions on here haha, but have any of you tried the $70 chip that's supposed to increase MPG by 4-7 & add 60 horsepower? I don't want to spend $70 without knowing it will work

It's a sensor plug. What side of the engine was it on.
