I believe the door skins and front fenders are 20 gauge or .0375"... not sure about the main carriage, under carriage, or subframe thicknesses. Under carriage and subframe are definitely going to be thicker.

I have an 8.25 and I want to replace my wheel bearing tomorrow. The only part I am concerned about is removing the c-clip, and then re-installing the c-clip. I have looked around and not found any info on it. How does the clip work?

Pull center pin push axle in grab clip with magnet then pull axle out.
To reinstall axle press axle all the way in. Put clip back on pull axle out the reinstall center pin. Bam! Done!!!

So this? Go to 5min, 1sec:
When I think c-clip, I think needed special pliers and something that wraps around a shaft?

Ok so the 2dr 90 has the (possibly stroker) motor out of a 96 and just took it out for a ride and noticed the temp gauge alil high popped the hood & aux fan not coming on also the ac compressor doesn't kick on either if thats related at all. any idea if the fan is compatible with the newer engine or will I need to run a switch for it?

nah... no special tools needed... the clip doesn't work like a traditional c-clip that you're thinking of like in u-joint useage... it "clips" by going over the notch at the end of the axle shaft - just slides right out.

Axle trusses strengthen the axle housing/tubes by adding (typically) triangular shaped gussets usually from the top of the housing to some point towards the outter end of the axle tube.
