I know but at that point I was pretty passed off and I learned long ago, when pissed off, quit. That is when things go wrong.

I want to take my ac out but I still want heat, I know I can just take off everything but is there anything special I need to do before unscrewing the lines and everything?
Ac has never worked and if I went through this past Texas summer without it I think I can go without it forever...haha

Yo SALAD, is this the grey plug for the NsS to hack into for the back up light switch. Wats better, splicing into the NSS side or harness side?

I just replaced the heater core. I have the dash board 1/2 put back together. I have several electrical problems. The power door locks don't work. When I push the switch in either direction the dome light come on and buzzes, or the trim light at the floor shifter comes on. Cigarette lighter doesn't work, speedo and Tac cut in and out and odometer reads a message "no bus." And no turn signals/hazards. WTF did I do???
Also the vent controls, nor heat temp don't seem to operate.
A/C system still not recharged.
Thanks for any help you can offer . . . .

Properly discharge the system and you can take it all apart.

I would do it on the harness side, in the unfortunate event you have to replace the NSS, that would add to the ordeal.

Its a common problem the door locks dont work, my bet is that the switch bored is messed up. You could get a new one, or possibly solder it back together, if that is your problem. Sounds like you have a short and possibly a few broken wires in the harness, possibly in the drivers door boot. As for the dash stuff, i would guess a bad ground somewhere.

The girls bike, ****ty broom, leaf blower, head board, white 97+ XJ fender flare, cabinet, garbage can full of T bar for a suspended ceiling, or ZJ tie rod?

Also you made me do a double-take on your profile with that tiled deck/porch thing. Must be a southern thing...
