Anyone here built their own shackle relocators?
I discovered recently the RC ones I bought for my 91 aren't going to work unless I drill extra holes on the shackle box on one side, and the RC bracket on the other, plus buy some hardware. Too much.
I figured I'd just save those for my 99 since they wouldn't require a bunch of mods AND my 99 is a DD so not as much worry about the design of the RC brackets.
So any thoughts?

Interior won't turn off, gauge cluster won't light up. Switch? wiring looks like Po messed with some of the wires.
Edit: got more into it. Found the dimmer wire cut and taped off, I hooked that to the red/blue wire which is switched current. With the **** all the way to the right I have my gauge lights again. But no brake lights and the Interior lights stay on. And the rear running lights will only be on when the **** is all the way to the left and making the annoying chime, and that takes away my Gauge lights

Don't know if you've got this figured out, but when I put my brown dogs in I used two floor jacks. One under the oil pan and one under the trans pan. Loosen the trans cross member bolts too. The two jacks will allow you to tilt the motor up or down. Once you find the sweet spot, the thru bolts lined up perfectly, and were easily pushed through the bushing. I bolted down the mounts to the frame first, then threaded the bolt through....it took me all of 45 min to do. The driver side took 30, the pass side took 15 min after figuring out how to do it on the driver side first.

What would you pay for a rough country 6" lift? short arm. I found one used for $500. Just curious if its worth it. I am going to have to save some before I could buy it.
