Super random question, guys in my club are giving away factory TJ roll bars and was wondering dimension wise, how would it fit in the back of an XJ. Like how Lowrange has his chopped.

 

Not directly. I've seen them modified to fit, but it'd be about as easy to make your own. It would give minimal support anyway.

 

Yeah I didn't know what type of support it would give. When I cage, it'll be DOM or HREW.

 

Yea all factory roll bars are really only intended for one use.

 

If that. Look up TJ crashes with the factory cage. If you do anything worse than a low speed flop onto your side, you'll probably die.

Keep in mind the stock XJ actually performs extremely well in a rollover. The unibody distributes the forces pretty effectively.

 

Actually from a TJ, but it's the same manifold and sensors.

 

I have a Chy 8.25 and a LP D30 in my 2k Cherokee and I am wondering how big of tiers can I run RESONABLY with this set up? I want to lock the front and the rear has a LS now.
