Doesn't matter. Federal law. Everyone leave it alone. No reason to start an argument.

I tried it on my low buck stroker I did on my race XJ. I couldn't get the air fuel mixture right. I had an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and still couldn't get it where I wanted. So I gave up on it to qwik cause I had to race. If I would've stuck with it I'm sure it would've been a big difference. If you do that you may need to run a fuel cell with an inline adjustable fuel pump instead of the stock set up or maybe an adjustable map would help. Idk. Let me know what you come up with please.

The only thing I'm worried about is the drive train. I've heard that the aw4 is only good for 400 hp but what about the rest of it. I know it would probably be more cost effective to do a V8 swap but I love the torque of the inline 6 and my other car has a turbo and I think that is the most badass sound in the world.

I guess that kinda brings up another question. Would modifying the block and heads to run high amounts of boost (20ish psi) be more cost effective and efficient than stroker/trubo combo?

Cat removal or talk of is against forum rules. Offroad or street driven.

I took a AW 30-40 (AW4) and put AW 30-60 (Supra) parts into it for my 4.9L stroker. The AW4 is a Toyota transmission so some parts are interchangeable.

Question. I'm doing a durango box install since my stock gear box went bad. Do the lines bolt into the same place and location on the durango box as they do on the Xj one?

Dukie564 did a great write-up on the Durango Steering Box Swap. It's in the write-up section. You should check it out.

But if you're talking about the power steering fluid lines then yes they bolt to basically the same locations.

Extremely rough idle, no gas, and sputtering at startup. No check engine light. Oil pressure is normal. Temp is ~170.

This has happened only twice since December, at random.

Any ideas???

Thanks
