I have fog lights mounted on my bumper from a sort of no name brand, they arent that bright so I was thinking of switching the bulbs out with something brighter, would I have to switch the wiring to accommodate a better bulb type, thanks

I swapped out my spark wires, ignition coil, starter, starter relay, distributor cap, rotor, NSS, refreshed the grounds. And its still not starting. Battery is fully charged. And the relay is clicking. All of that and my jeep still won't start. Would the TCU be a part of the problem?

Best bet is to get proper lights for higher wattage bulbs and to ensure wiring is adequate and its on a relay

Going to attempt a tranny drain and fill.
Why do people wait 500 miles to do another cycle?
I'd think a drive around the block would mix all the fluid up for the next drain & fill.
Seems like it would be easier to just do the 3 or 4 drains all in 1 afternoon;
If I can't find Dex3, I just use Dex4?

For a quick fix, you can remove the starter and the back of the starter and clean the contact if the brushes still have enough length to make contact. you will notice 2 normal lengths brushes and 2 shorter ones (worn out). The ones that are connected to the outside terminal can easily be replaced and cost under $10. the other 2 that are soldered to the armature, have to be replaced with the armature (about $25)

Its very common for those starters to get a little oil and the brushes inside the starter get to worn out to make a good contact. All the solenoid voltage at the starter has to go thru the starter brushes.
For a quick fix, you can remove the starter and the back of the starter and clean the contact if the brushes still have enough length to make contact. you will notice 2 normal lengths brushes and 2 shorter ones (worn out). New starter and it goes click click at the relay?
Next step. I would get a wire from positive battery terminal and touch the wire on the little screw with a wire on the starter.
If starter turns (assuming starting is working fine and all connections are fine) your starter relay is on the fritz
