I wouldn't even think of using 2-stroke mix unless my life depended on it. Fowled plugs, clogged injectors and pump, etc. Got any neighbors with a 1 gallon jerry can?

I did spray them down with brake cleaner, and yeah i got them from 2 different '94 Neons. Lubed the O-rings with petroleum jelly Then ran MMO through the fuel system for 2 tanks.

In another thread about the 703's the guy replaced the 2 o-rings per injector, the filter, and the pintle cap so I might if I find some injectors. Does it just have to be 94/95-1999 neons or will even 2000+ second gen neons work? Lastly, do you know they are the 703s when they have the correct rectangular plug?

Only the 94/95 has the 703 injector, after that they use a different plug. There's a part number on the side of the injectors, the "703" comes from the last 3 digits of that number.

It's recommended to replace all those parts, but i didn't and it worked out fine for me. Limits the risk of leaks and clogs in the injectors, but since the donor cars i took them from both has less than 100k miles i didn't bother.

It's part of your emissions. So it's illegal to remove it. So then it's also against the rules to talk about removing it.

It's part of the emissions system that holds the excess fuel vapors from the engine. Yes it's required - removal will throw a CEL code and make everything run like poop. Oh and it's illegal to remove it.

Understandable. But bear in mind the rules here, and don't talk about it unless you're fixing it. That's the biggest rule here: don't talk about removing or bypassing emissions equipment.
