About a year ago I started to feel a slight knock from the steering column, through the steering wheel of my 1998 XJ.

I've since noticed that I can replicate it by grabbing the wheel and moving it up and down. If I adjust the tilt, it goes away for a while then comes back again until I adjust it again.

I assume something somewhere is worn out - what could it be??

since ive gotten my jeep my front speakers have not been working. so i found a really good deal on a pair of speakers at best buy and replaced them my right one is working perfect now. but my passenger one is not. i know the speaker itself works because i hooked it up one of my back speaker wires and it worked. what should my next step be? do i have to run new speaker wire to the door?

New wires through the rubber door boot. Very common problem.

Hi my valve cover leaks at the pcv ccv grommets on my 89 xj. I have a 97 that i snag parts from when i can, id like to use the 97 valve cover due to the better grommets and oil cap. I looked at it some and it seems that all i need to do is find the 97 air filter lid for the ccv system and swap the intake ports for the pcv system. Am i right? Or am i missing something?

What does your GPS read when your speedo reads 60? We'll go from there.

How have you scientifically and accurately determined your fuel mileage has suffered such a hit then?
