Default sound bar in the front????

Both speakers in the front doors are gone, and the ones in the back are on their last leg, so I'm wanting to redo the sound system in my 2001 Cherokee sport. I'm wanting to take the doors off next summer, with that being said I think it would be irrelevant to put new speakers in the front doors. So my conclusion is that I need a sound bar in the front. I haven't found any specifically for Cherokees, but there are lots for wranglers. Would I be correct in thinking that I just need to check the dimensions of the sound bar with the dimensions of the top of my roof? If it's just a matter of "will it fit" then I'll just get a wrangler sound bar.

Some people actually get a second Cherokee soundbar and install it up front. They changed style (I think in '97), so I'd try to find some info on that

I'm pretty much 98 percent sure that my clock spring is shot. Air bag light comes on once every 10 mins and stay on for 30 seconds then disappear. My turn signals doesn't work anymore. However hazards still work.

Is there anything else I can check or do before I go find another clock spring

Does your horn work? If yes, click spring is good. If no, check fuse and test again if blown

Trying to do front pinion seal, D30 low pinion. Is nut standard/right hand thread?
Using air impact, but not coming loose, any Ideas?

Also, couple threads I've came acrossed keep saying that newer D30s have crush sleeve, looked on Morris 4x4 and Quadratec sites and neither show sleeve for 2001 XJ.
WHO is right? Linc to site that shows it, for proof

Which fuse is that? I think horn is working (I'm deaf) and I study people who pass by and when I honk it, they look at my way but it could be a coindenance. I ll ask my coworker

I always forget you're deaf. Sorry, bud. I don't know the fuse of the top off my head, but it's likely a 10amp. It's in the owners manual if you have one

I have a second soundbar up front. Pre 97 is what you want. Pretty simple really. I'm still in the process if redoing my whole system with a 5 channel amp and all. Haven't refinished my soundbars yet so they're just sitting on the seat and back for now

Never mind the nut, 20" breaker bar and 3' pipe works wonders
Never force it, get a bigger hammer

If the horn works, clock spring is good. No need to hunt fuses for that. You could check to see if the CEL is storing a code that could give you more info, but I don't know. I'm not particularly familiar with airbags, and I tend to buy vehicles without them

yeah cause u don't want the air bags to deploy when you are jumping the vehicle lol.

So I don't need to look for a fuse for the turn signals?

Turns work, but hazards don't? I'd try swapping the turn signal relay.

It could be the multifunction switch, but then one signal usually fails before the other. Still not sure about airbag or how/if it's connected to the turn signals
