Ratchet, socket, rtv, diff fluid, wire brush, brake parts cleaner.

Possibly a plugged cat or bad o2 sensor

It blows the muffler completely off? Does it run fine after the muffler comes off?! lol Can you make a video of it blowing the muffler off? Please?

Unplug your upstream o2. If the problem goes away, replace it.
