It's not difficult to not break. I have 4 Jeeps that all have that sender and I've never broke a single one.

JB Weld? Where? Just put a bit of #2 Permatex on the threads and install it using a deep socket. Keep in mind that it goes in on a slight angle. Don't need to reef on it as it has tapered NPT pipe threads.

Up to 90 us one sender, 92 or so and up is a different one. Couldn't find specs.

The squares? It is called welded wire. Usually standard sizes, like 4"x4", or 2"x2" squares. The smaller stuff, like .75"x.75" is referred to welded wire cloth. Comes in a sheet, 4'x8' typically.

Default Distributor cap

So I was planing on changeing my distributor cap, rotor, wires and plugs today but then I was looking up how to do the rotor/cap and it seams a bit more complacaited then I thought I tried to look up some how to's but couldnt find one that seamed to make sense I haven't done it before I'm kinda new to it I know little about mechanics but just got my jeep a few months ago
