That or put cylinder number 1 at TDC and make sure the rotor is pointing at number one on the diagram and go from there.

Steering box: 7/16 4" 14 (3)
Passenger side: same, 3.5" long (3)
Grade 8 7/16 washers (9)
Grade 8 7/16 lock washer (3)
Grade 8 7/16 14 nut (3)
Bumper bolts are M10x1.5mm. Pick whatever length you want. The two on top of each other up front new washers and nuts. The third hole on each side threads into a weld but in the body.

The detailed list is for the rear 3 on each side.
The first three are the M10x1.5mm pick whatever length you want. 4 of those 6 will need 2 flat washers and a lock washer. The ones in the middle only need a flat washer.

No. The first three holes. The two holes that are on top of each other go through the unibody. The single hole behind those two an before the steering box have a weld nut in the Frame and don't need a nut

I ordered the "original factory equipment list" from Chrysler and received it today.
on the long list it has "MOPAR Rear Seat Video"
It came with a bloody tape deck. What kind of video is it? VHS?
Anyone ever heard or seen this? What does it look like? I don't even have a loaded XJ. Maybe its hidden somewhere?
Kids would love that.

Always wondered about this...
In theory, if you needed to replace a blown engine for a 4.0L 1998 XJ,
what years can you do a DIRECT swap, if you wanted to buy a used Ebay engine?
Just 96-98 XJ? (2000+ had coil, etc)
Can you use a Grand Cherokee engine?
How many hours of labor would a mechanic generally charge?

If you turn off the engine and remove the key with the headlights still on,
and THEN you push the headlight **** to OFF, the headlights stay on, even though the dashboard lights go off. What is the logic behind this design? Why can you only turn off the lights with the key in the ignition?

You don't HAVE to as the ball is a few inches into the bumper itself, however it won't have side protection anymore. You can always trim the caps. Where are you getting rubbing exactly?
