Horn and cruise only have the clockspring in common. Could be two separate issues, but if they stopped working at the same time, that's why.

Yes the fuel lines are different w/ different connectors. Depending on the year fuel pressure regulator also.

There are about four of them. 87-90, 91-95, 96 is special (may have a 95 rail, or may have a 97, insert something Radi said about obscure FPR), and 97+.
