No but it will cause better mpg. More psi= better mpg. Less psi=more comfort. You dont want to run to little or to much or it will cause funky wear. Same with alignment. Id recommend you at least do a tape measure alignment to set your toe. I ran 32psi in my 235/75/15s. Now at 30psi for the 31's. My buddy had to take his treadwrights up to 80psi to get the bead to seat. When it did, it was loud.

Right after I put my 3 link on I now have some super annoying vibrations that are synonymous with the engine.
At idle it vibes, sometimes under load it vibrates and sometimes it doesn't.
Nothing changed under the hood..other than I busted the ccv hose and then taped it up. I did notice a single grey wire handing down by the o2 sensor on the cat..
Would the new cross member for my 3 link cause more vibration? Heck..it's annoying
