Yes. Typically people desire the Rubicon ones, and 4 door JK's will be even more stiff.

Are these good springs. I've heard good things about BDS suspension.

I'm not 100% but that sounds like your catalytic converter is toast.

Don't take that as a final say... I'm not well versed in the 00-01 XJs. Lol because I avoid them...

It not that bad, perfect time to upgrade the rest of the exhaust if you feel like it. Hell a cat is cheaper than an o2

I own a 1997 Jeep grand Cherokee with a 4.0 L and at random times it will go down to about 250 rpms, just enough to still have power steering and then it will come back to normal rpms and it will back fire and blow of the muffler completely. I have replaced the pickup and the crankshaft positioner. I've checked the fuel pressure at the fuel rail and it is 46 psi. Anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

Haha I know I know a lot of people avoid 00-01s. I embrace It though its been a solid truck for me. 210k and has not left me stranded yet. So with high mileage I'm do for cat anyway, ill probably run scan tool on 02 sensors also because last time I checked they were only producing about .25-.65 volts which from what I thought I read meant that they are bad.

I just cleared the code see what happens. I was getting on it when I merged on highway then light came on lol.
