Ill ask again because im too tired to go back through the threads and look for an answer to the last time i asked this.
Ive got a new hood waiting to go on my jeep. It already has the latches on either side of the front of it, and the cable that runs between them.
My question is how do I remove the main release cable from it (without damaging it), and put it on my new hood?

I wouldn't mind hearing some tips/tricks for these if anyone knows something...

Engine - 4.0L
Transmission - I'd stay 87+ for the automatic, 90+ for a manual
Axles - I'd stay 91+ for front axle (Dana30 HP), rear axle you want the c8.25 (flat tab on bottom) - 97+ preferred for 29 spline version.
Transfer case - doesn't matter but for a trail rig i'd say np231

Are xj front sway bars interchangeable? I have the zj sway bar and keep breaking link ends. I want to go back to stock but no luck finding a '00 xj in a jy. Or a part number for short links??

Need a quick answer fellas. Found a overhead console in the junkyard and I'm going to buy it. My jeep did not come factory with it. Do I need to pull any wiring or anything? Or will it just go right into mine? It's coming out of a 97 country and going into my 00 sport.
Thanks!

So I got him to do $200 I'm thinking I can sell off my eccos for $20 a piece or get $15 a piece at the scrap yard to ease the pain.
