XJ Ask the Question Thread
I have been a member for a while, but haven't been on for quite some time. I have a 2000 Cherokee Sport, the driver's seat is broken. Is it easier to take the frame and everything out to replace it, or is there an easy way to remove the seat from the rails? Thanks for any help.

1989 4.0 Cherokee ... new plugs, new dist. cap and rotor. I have done all of crusier's refresh and added all the extra grounds. When I first start the Jeep it has a slight miss, after it get's to operating temp ( 212 or so ) the miss goes away. Anyone have a clue what may be causing this problem ? Thanks

Connector/relay refreshing?
Intake manifold bolts loose?
Vacuum leaks elsewhere on the intake? Hoses/tubing/fittings?
Did you do the sensor ground test?

So I have a 2001 with the 4.0. Pulled another head from pull-a-part and going to take it to the machine shop in a few weeks. Having it ported and polished. Wanting to have the valleys expanded as much as possible for maximum flow. Questions...
Best valves to go with?
Beat springs?
Rockers?
I want to squeeze as much power out of the engine as possible without building the bottom end or stroking. I already have an intake ported and polished. Looking at some header options.
Best oversized throttle body that's plug and play?
Thanks guys!
