It was running about 220 in traffic and on the highway at 90 outside. Anyway to test the clutch? Is it possible that it's running hot because of it doesn't have the shoud for the clutch fan?

Yes. Without the shroud the fan can't full any air actually through the radiator.

What high lift jack is everyone using out there give me brands, height lift size and links please. I'm in market to buy. Would like one that will mount on my top rack side.

Perhaps you could share what country you're from and what your first language is.

What can I do to keep my passenger floor dry? I believe the exhaust is making it sweat, what else?

Could well be a leaking heater core. Coolant smell?

Nope, wasn't sweet tasting either, it seems to be on the inside of unibody rail, above exhaust

Heres what iv done in past 1000 miles with this issue not resolving it:

-New IAC.
-New adjusted TPS.
-Throttle set screw adjusted awhile back before this issue.
-New cap rotor plugs wires.
-Seafoam and Rena premium gas.
-Adjusted Transmission kickdown cable thing.

I was thinking possible map, oxygen sensor or cps. But I dont want to just throw $150 in sensors at it if I dont have to. Where should I start?
Mine was doing something similar, would stall at intersection or parking lots. Do the "Ground/connection clean and check". Fix a lot of my problems. Some of them are hard to get to, but they can be done. There is a write up on here about them.

I'm still confused. Is it wet inside or outside the vehicle? Any way you could post a pic of what you're describing?

Wet inside the vehicle, front passenger foot well, I believe it's exhaust moisture, because I don't smell coolant
