Its a very simple design. Its all bolted together no welding. Start building a center winch box then build the sides and hoop off of that

which wrongler has the same D30 front axle as the XJ but low pinion?
I've got all the parts to make a HP D30 4:10 front axle foir my 2000 XJ but I keep seeing 4:10 TJ/YJ/JK front axles here for about $250.
Going to cost me at least $350 to have my 4:10 put in and then I still have to sandblast and paint and rebushing and ball jointing this D30 shell I have.
I'm NEVER going to see the rocks you guys in Moab see. Mostly Logging trails and river beds and 3 feet of snow so I'm now questioning the HP thing altogether

All LP D30's gears ride on the coast side of the gear when driving forward. a 30% lost in strenght.
