Will BDS refund my money for my shocks that have 600 miles on them? I took the shocks off and compressed them by hand and left them for 2 hours and they didn't decompress. Extremely disappointed

Hey guys,
So I rear ended someone today, was not going fast and everybody is alright thankfully. I consider there is minor damages to the Jeep but still noticed some stuff and had a couple questions.
First thing I noticed is that my left turning light goes twice (if not more) as fast as before, while the right one still goes at the same interval. Also it stays on in the dash even if it's not engaged. Should I worry for other major electrical problems or that alone is harmless?
Then I noticed when I drive at night, my lights are alot lower than before, so I figured the front of the jeep must've bent a little forward. Is this something that would be hard to fix? Is it possible by myself with a tractor pulling the front or is it something I should get a body shop to do?
Thanks!

i only have the pic with both, but obviously im on the right. it doesn't look that bad in the pic, but when the lights are on, you can clearly see the angle is off.
