Default Door Skins

Hi there not sure if this is the right place for my question but here goes, I am looking to find someone who provides rear door skins for my XJ 4 door I have a really badly rusted out one around the handle and would like to replace it rather than Bondo it

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Will the t case from my 89 work for my 93? I'm aware of the spline counts but is there anything else that differs? I'd like to say no.
