When A/C is on max setting should it be blowout the vents at the windshield or just the front dash vents.
If its not supposed to where do I look for my problem? On high setting max ac it does not blow really hard. Just medium/highish.

Dash vents. You've got a vacuum issue if it's coming out the defrost vents. Ususally, it's an issue between the small vacuum line that goes through the passenger side firewall and the little vacuum ball behind the passenger side bumper. I relocate the ***** to under the coolant bottle, eliminating all those lines that are prone to cracking.
