Not sure of the actual output but yes it is reduced. Being an automotive electrical application it's probably mostly a giant resistor. I would expect it to get as hot as the headlamp switch in the cab, if not hotter.

Hmm.. anyone ever have a WHEEL SPEED SENSOR 1 G P 1391 CODE? I have a 98 XJ and its been popping up now for a week. I get the shakes around 40 to 50 mph and low power in 2nd. And idle is horrible.

New plugs.. new wires.. had a bad hub when It first popped up. The hub came off in 2 pieces. Installed new hub and this remains. Also random miss fire code. Was cyclinder 4.. now 3.

'97-01. Look for rear wiper and heated glass if you want them. What's busted, exactly?
