So, incomplete combustion due to low compression?

I'm going to get beer now.

The duplicolor perfect match uses the factory paint codes. Due to hail I got to replace a cowl on mine and I got to repaint it too. I have already received comments about how it looks just like the factory paint.

Finishmasters, the paint supply company here used the PEA paint code and mixed me rattle cans for my '99. Color matched perfectly.(Chili Pepper Red)

OBD-II works by establishing a min and max threshold for signal levels. (0V would indicate a closed circuit, 5V indicates a short.) If I remember correctly, at rest (full close), the TPS should read 17%. Anything above the PCM assumes the throttle is being opened and won't mess around with the IAC and will start adding some fuel.

Before writing the TPS off completely, take it off and test the connector going into it. Record the voltage on the +5V pin and measure resistance to the battery negative post from the Sensor Ground pin.
5.17 volts to ground. 500ish ohms IIRC, forgot to write it down. 14.9% at idle, 92% unplugged, and 77% at WOT plugged in. Is there a way to train it?

Basically trains itself. But you can do the special magic dance and force the PCM to dump its short-term memory. Look up the "flashing" steps from a fuel injector upgrade thread.

500 ohms is WAY too high. Should be like 3.

Pretty sure I did this when I swapped my injectors.

Can you swap the transfer case in a 1996 Grand Cherokee with the one in a 1998 Grand Cherokee? Both have 4.0 6 cyl. engine.
