If he's got spark at the dist then the EFI is working. That reduces it to basic Fuel + Air + Spark
Check spark at the plug. Spray starter fluid in the throttle body. Hold the pedal down to bypass the IAC.

I bought a 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L 2wd automatic about two weeks ago and I've been struggling with a dead miss on cylinder 6, my dad and I thought it was the injector, as it's been throwing a constant P0206, so we bought a set of Bosche 4-hole injectors on ebay, threw them in there and same issue. We've also done a complete tune-up including the coil. I've replaced the connector to injector 6 and no change as well. Any ideas? We can't find any breaks in the wire, and all of the resistances check out on the connector and the injector. I'm so lost.

No need to.
Pretty easy.
Get a cup of water, preferably something like a 24 to 32 oz. cup.
With the air cleaner off, hold the engine RPM at 2000 RPM or higher and dribble the water from the cup, which you've pinched to look like a spout on top, into the carb or throttle body. Go slowly and the engine will bog a bit. Stop and let it recover. Repeat until the cup is empty.

Looking for some suggestions.
Situation: under any loaded or hard acceleration I get a clunk/pop. Normal driving conditions I don't have the issue. I'm thinking it could be the cat but haven't got that far into the diagnostics.
What I have done already: check driveline, replaced trans mount and rear driveshaft u joints. Check for play in tcase, checked motor mounts. Checked plugs and verified correct FP. Catlooks as if it's been replaced but Jeep has over 255k miles. Any thing else I should check? Thanks

Aside from the cat itself, check the exhaust mount that is welded to the downpipe and slides into the trans mount. This can break free from the downpipe and make noise.
The tailpipe has a tendency to hit the passenger side leaf spring.
Check front driveshaft clearance against the downpipe.
