Be careful though because the heater core can only handle so much pressure before it causes a leak. There are videos you look up on YouTube to show you how to do it.
Kewl, seems like a pretty straight forward process. Supposed to be nice this week so I'll definitely get it done

That's what I did about three years ago and it worked great, no problem since....though I had to do it in the rain. It also wouldn't be a bad idea to have it done periodically with the radiator flush.

Since i got my xj i flushed the radiator once a year, might make it a new tradition to do the heater core along side lol

When do you want them to be on?

With doors open or while driving?

What size is the nut/shaft on the renix oil filter housing to do the passenger side motor mount bolt? Is there a way around taking it off to do the mount?

Mine was 5/8th, could also be t60, or 14mm/9/16 Allen key.

As for the mount, I'm not quite sure.

Im talking about the thin tube that you slide the filter over then screw the filter down. I guess it would be like the filter inlet tube. Idk

I believe you have to unscrew that to remove the passenger side motor mount bolt.

I think 5/8" is too small for that tube thing.
