Wiring. The sending unit operates on resistance, so damaged wiring will cause a false reading. Look up the wire and you may find a splice covered in masking tape (happened), or the plug is just corroded.
Salad is one of those honest people. He just gave you some very good advice that even a novice can handle if you aren't afraid to learn. Feel free to ask questions if you need details.
I will ask you to look at the oil filter and describe it to us, either the name that's on it or at least the color.

[/ATTACH]The color of the oil looks fine to me.
That is at least from what I know.

Quick question, easy question.
My '91 has manual windows and they can sometimes need some 'grunt' to turn the window crank. I assume this is just some old age. Where/How do I go about lubricating whatever is in there? What should I use to clean old gunk off/lubricate?

Therm housing is leaking underneath the bottom bolt somewhere. I cleaned it off and can see it dripping so I'm positive its the therm housing
What's weird is it was only dribbling water put of there and I put antifreeze in first. I dunno.
I used a paper gasket like usual. Should I take it all apart and use some rtv as gasket? Maybe it would get a better seal?

1. They used, a really cheap bottom dollar oil filter. These filters have known issues with restrictions and collapsing internals that can cause problems exactly like you describe. This is why we recommend a filter from Purolator, WIX, Mopar, and other reliable brands. Replacing it with a good unit like a NAPA Gold will fix this. (Don't forget to top off the oil! Some will dribble when you remove the old filter.)
Is this what you were talking about?
