I've only found rubber for the sway bar to uni-frame rail ones, I need all of them, they're all shot and rotted.

Maybe I'm tarded but I'm havinng a hard time finding these damn things period. Every manufacturer has different "kits" and some don't even look like they'd work. They're all poly too. Some come with links. I dunno. Stupid sway bar.

Yea those are it.

So where do they exist in rubber? Lol.

Why do you say poly sucks for sway bars? Squeeky? Wears fast? Just wondering.

The end links won't matter and the poly will be fine on a sway bar I guess. I just like the soft squishy rubber.

Seems like the poly wears faster, yes.

That's why I'm saving that job for when I throw the budget boost on.

Changing out the others won't be a big deal... with the lack of rust here.

I'm not so fortunate. All four of my rear shock bolts snapped with almost no force. I'm hoping the same doesn't happen to those in frame bushing bolts. Reminds me, I gotta start PB blasting all the suspension now.

The studs on the endlinks tend to snap every so often

Default Caliper Locking up

Was driving the xj like it was a sports car the other week. After several hard stops I noticed the smell and smoke and it pulling hard to the right. Pulled over, let it cool off and was fine (drove it like a whitehair) all the way back home and it didn't lock up. Welllll......It happened again yesterday. Moderate braking this time. (need I say I drive aggressively) So time to get tools out.
Calipers are less than a year old, and I flushed all the brake fluid out after the first time it happened. All the steel hyd. lines look fine, no kinks or wet spots. Any idea's of where to look at next? Is it time to get longer rubber hydraulic lines from a YJ and hope that is where my blockage is?
If it were all the wheels then I would say the brake booster is bad, but since it is only happening to the pass. front I was excluding the booster; is it too soon to exclude it on the short list? Are there any tests for the booster itself?

Now that I've been bored and broke I've been looking into this hood mod, seriously need closer trails to occupy myself more.

My question, has anyone ever had negative results of raising the hood like on the highways. Fogging windshield, etc. is it possible to raise only half the hood opposite where my cowl intake iis so I get fresh cold air in it still. I know dukie knows about this

I've had zero negative effects from doing this. And to raise half id imagine you would have to cut the hood in the middle s little and just fold half up. But personally even with the cowl intake I bbq would still raise the whole thing
