The hell is that supposed to do? lol Never heard of it... Run it if you really want to I guess, but just doing a simple fluid change makes a lot more sense as a starting point.

I'd guess that when they replaced them the set your toe correctly. When correctly setting the toe it drastically changed the way your Jeep handles. I'd say you just aren't used to the way it drives. Guessing here...
If you aren't mechanically inclined enough to take a look at it then I'd take it back to the shop and have them make sure everything is right.

Is there a way to check my ignition coil? I'm not having very good throttle response, quick start ups or good mpg.. So I'm trying to check all the sensors and such.

Ah, c'mon. It just tickles a little bit.
I'll tell ya what. Have a friend come over to the house. Tell them to stand by you. You hold one end of the wire with one hand, grab their arm real tight with the other hand and have someone turn the key on. You won't feel a thing and they won't know what's coming...

Would the jeep still run if its bad? Even if I get a shock does that mean its perfect? Or can it be bad but still put out a shock. I get touching it to see if its even working, there isn't a way to check if its working PROPERLY not just working.
