Cam sprocket to cam is 80 ft/lbs as is the dampener to crankshaft bolt.

That looks like it's reading about 85-90c. 87c is 188.6f

Is it very cold outside right now?

That would mean your HVAC is set to Defrost or A/C

Is it possible that putting the vacuum ball between the cruise control and the vacuum connector next to the AC evaporator would cause bad mpg. I know on stock jeep the vacuum ball was at the end of everything not between.
