What's the best primer to use before bedlining the floors? I sprayed the floors with rustoleum rust reformer. Should I use self etching primer?

None. Bedline over raw metal.

Bedline it. You can bedline over anything.

OK I'll get some primer anyway I need it to paint the bumper. Is self etching primer good. I will be painting in rustoleum textured black

I wouldn't do the RC tie rod upgrade. They use stock size tres. Do a ZJ one

I dont have the 0331 in my 01 thankfully. I agree about the lp shires axles. Dont forget slip yoke.
