So ...does someone make something like a right-angle T40 wrench ...or something? Is there a special T40 door tool?
Very simple. Take you t40.. find the wrench that fits it then loosen that way. Takes time but gets the job done.

No damage will be cause by just having more traction towards my front wheels? Next question. The RC tie rod upgrade kit says for 4+ inches of lift. Is it okay to run it on my 3 inch lift?
Which locker you putting upfront. Its only gonna be activated when in 4wd. It is safe to run ange you'll get mixed reviews on the handling. And are you talking about over the knuckle conversion?

Thanks ...I'll have to pay someone to do that; I'm still renting, and don't have 220 in the garage, and my Miller is a 220: no can weld-y until we get a house.

Any Spokane vicinity people with welders who would help a brutha?

Aussie! Unless another is recommended. And no I don't wanna do any conversions. I was just going to upgrade the tie rod and ends.

I'm planning for an Aussie up front, too. It won't hurt anything; only help, and it's only active when 4WD is engaged. A locker doesn't change the relationship between your axles; just the sides of the axle in which it's installed.

Wait.

I get it ...the light finally went on, and I stumbled out to that bits box that I hardly ever even look at. T40 bit nestled all snuggly inside.

Damn: I did not think of those ...

...forgot all about 'em: I always go to the socket torx. Heck. There's actually a kind of adapter in my Gear Wrench box, that - looking at it now - I suspect will do the trick just fine.

...gawd I hate being stupid.
