Funny thing was I also was wondering what the term ment.
Thanks man, I feel dumb now. I had been doing searches on lockers and kept reading the term "Lunchbox locker" but did'nt think to enter it in search.

You should be fine. What kind of noise did you hear right before you looked at the axle? How bad is the leak?

I just fixed my speedometer /tach/ odometer and interior light problems as they stopped working when I installed a new radio and did not connect a wire to 12v positive. It was a yellow wire coming off the harness from the jeep part of the harness. When I re-attached it to the red (hot wires) and the yellow fused wire off the radio, Viola! they came back. (99 Cherokee Sport) When I was researching on this forum I found that much of the electrical system bugs reported had issues that crossed seemingly unconnected systems. You might try making sure you just do not have a loose wire in the radio harness.

Sounds like something is too close inside the carrier. Take it back to that mech. as soon as you possibly can. The leak should be fine for now.

Cool, if it was that loud you probably have a pretty bad clearance problem in the diff. Make sure you don't pay the shop at all. They screwed it up, they need to fix it for free. You don't pay for their mistakes. Remember that.

Thank you. I was pricing out an ARB locker and that was one of the options for a Dana 30. Either 27 or 29.
