this is the biggest mess ive seen so far. im trying to add a 1 inch t case drop and broke the 2 bolts off. not even sure what im going to do to get the studs out. I am on day 3 of drilling and i broke off an easy out and a drill bit inside of thehole in the bolt. even went to home depot and bought a torch. Anyone got anything helpful on pulling these studs?
I do have cam type stud pullers but dont want to break studs till i get bolts out

so....my torque converter isnt locking like it should...its designed to lock at 40 mph on an easy load...but it often tries to lock, then unlocks right away...and when im goin 60+ it never locks...any things i can do to check it out??
and i would like to get my gas mileage back on the highway haha

Ok, this is going to sound like a stupid question to those in the know, but I don't know so here goes. I've just started doing my homework on lockers and I keep seeing the term "lunchbox locker" what does that mean? I would also appreciate any suggestions regarding what everyone thinks is a good route to take with a locker, or lockers for a trail rig thats also a DD. Thanks in advance for any help.

I did a quick search and found this;
"Lunchbox Locker - A "Lunchbox" locker (or drop-in locker) is a locker mechanism that is designed to fit into the stock differential carrier replacing the spider gear set and sometimes the side gears and pinion-shaft. The nickname "Lunchbox" comes from the idea of packing your lunch in a reusable "lunchbox" where you use the same "lunchbox" and pack in a different lunch. The stock carrier is the equivalent of the "lunchbox". "
Funny thing was I also was wondering what the term ment.

Had some front diff work done(seals and bearings) and yesterday I heard a noice from the front and pulled over and saw this. Did they forget to put something back on after they finished the work?

They installed the pinion seal wrong or didn't torque the pinion nut the right way. They also might have re-used the crush sleeve. Take it back and ***** them out.
