Still battling a no-start problem.
replaced CPS twice, most recently with a mopar one. No luck.
Not getting spark, hooked a test light up to the wire coming from the coil, when I crank it the light comes on very briefly and dimly and goes right out.
I've heard the pick-up coil in the distributor can go bad, as well as the PCM but it was replaced in '08
Any testing procedures I need to try? I can work a multimeter just fine.

Replacing the cam sensor in a 96 Cherokee XJ - YouTube
Since the test light on the ignition coil only lights up once (barely) then goes out while I'm cranking it, wouldn't it be something in the electrical system before the coil?

What would cause coolant to spit out the under side of the radiator cap? Just got home from work about 5 minutes ago, after i parked it i popped the hood just to watch if anything would happen then 20 seconds later it started coming out under the cap. It was a steady stream too. I'm thinking my overflow hose might be plugged? Not sure what other possibilities there could be...

Could be a bad coil or ASD relay or wiring.

What are your opinions on wheel spacers??
I don't know much about them but it seems like an easy way to add stability and a wider stance to my jeep.
Any cons about wheel spacers??

Update #2 after even more troubleshooting the blower motor...

Blower motor operating only on "number 4" setting in 2000 XJ.

1. Replaced Blower Motor Resistor - no change
2. Tried system without BMR - no change
3. Verified ohms across Blower Motor Resistor - new same as old
4. Verified 12V present at correct wires going into BMR when switch changed (switch is good)
5. Jumped wires on resistor plug (so 12v would pass through at any setting - blower worked... confirms circuit complete)
6. Confirmed no voltage at blower motor in setting 1, 2, or 3 with either BMR
7. Replaced relay (just to try it?)

Basically, nothing I've tried has worked. I'm not sure what the odds are that my old BMR and new BMR are both bad, but I guess that's my next guess.

I could did into wiring, but I feel like I've confirmed that's good by jumping the wires at the BMR plug.. ie, voltage passes through when jumped and makes it to the blower motor, but not when the BMR is plugged in.

If anyone has a suggestion, I'll happily take it.
