that's easy. on the fuel rail theres a cap. looks like a slightly larger cap you'd find to inflate the tire. take the cap off, and theres a valve (again just like a tire) press it in slightly and fuel should shoot out.
do not recall a green wire. I see 2 wires. the main one which goes to the connection surrounded by that black plastic piece, and then the wire that goes into a black thing which connects to the alt at 4 spots.
also, I checked and tightened the serpentine belt again, so thats another thing to rule out. I was kind of hoping it'd be something stupid.

Ah. What color are the shocks and springs, and do the leaf springs have these two clips on them?

Oh okay I know what you are talking about, I'm going to take a risk and say yes there is pressure but what if there wasn't? Last question for now

ok I'm at a loss here.
Here's my problem. Turn the Jeep on, voltage gauge reads 12ish. after a little bit drops all the way down and check gauges light comes on.
Jeep has a brand new Alternator and battery. The old Alternator tested positive as well.
When I first installed the new alternator it was at 14 volts where it should be. drove it for at least 2 hours, and then later that day drove it to my brothers an hour away. (probably not the smartest thing, but whatever). picked up a trailer full of junk. about 15 minutes in on my way back check gauges light comes on and voltage has dropped.
it's a 1998 so the voltage regulator is in the PCM/ECU or so I've read. tried another one, and same problem.
first thing I did was check the ground right next to the battery and it appears to be good.
any other ideas? Tomorrow my uncle is coming by with his fancy volt meter and electrical knowledge. Figured I'd post in here to try and get some other ideas.

Are those coil springs yellow?
I checked and a splurt of fuel came out is there supposed to be high pressure or just when the jeep is on I just pushed quick and got the (splurt) I honestly don't believe it can be fuel related (pump) I hope anyway !!

That they are. Im looking at replacing those as well. As soon as my tax return hits the bank all the parts I need are being bought.

In unable to identify that, surprisingly. I was under the impression you just wanted to replace one of the leaf springs. Are you planning to buy a whole new lift?
