Before... why would you want to bleed it twice?

Default Turn Signals light up but don't flash

First I apologize if this question has been addressed before. I searched all day but am not too tech savvy so could have easily over looked the solution.

Here is my current issue on my 93 XJ: My turn signals all light up when the indicator stick is pushed but they refuse to blink. They all blink when the hazards are turned on though. It is a strange issue. I have checked all bulbs and flashers. In need of other courses of action to consider.

Thank you ahead of time Jeep Guru's!

It might be the flasher relay. Had a similar problem with my 2000. PITA to change out (on the 2000 model) but, doable. The "oe" relay sold by oreilly worked okay but, the e flashers only work when you turn on the right turn signal in addition to the e flashers. PM me if you decide this is your fix and I'll do my best to help you out.

Maybe somebody else here will have you another fix.

Good luck

He could ALSO have valve problems, but 30 PSI bump on a wet test is pretty clear the rings are shot.

I can't find it but anyone know the measurements for stock JK shocks? I have a 2" lift and want more flex.

Never mind, found the specs here:

Default Replace track bar to tighten up steering.

I guess this is the question page... so here is a question.

Has anyone heard of replacing the track bar to tighten up steering? I work with a guy that used to work for Les Schwab and he told me to do this. I recently replaced all of the tie-rod ends and still have more play than I would like...

I am sitting at about 175k, so I am thinking I might just live with it if there isn't anything else I can do besides adjust the screw on the steering box.

Also, I started a thread about adding an add-a-leaf to a 3" leaf set. If anyone wants to help me out with that too, I would appreciate it. Here is the link

Thanks!

Just found out the stripped fill plug on my ax15 transmission isn't stripped threads, the case is now cracked. What year/model ax15 will work with my 98 xj? Thanks

edit: starting to calm down after reading a few more threads. Looks like 94-99' have the external slave setup like mine, but perhaps with my current bellhousing any 89-99 ax15 will work. All local ax15's are over $500, picking up a new front case and swapping over seems like the way to go.

Thanks for your input. Working on getting just the front portion of the ax15 case right now. If not back to the junk yards.
