Seems like power steering stops or steering is in a bind?

Jack up the front of the Jeep, turn it off and turn lock to lock and see if it does it.

Hmm, I couldn't tell ya then.

Check the t-case fluid level. Maybe you washed off the crud that was preventing it from leaking.

So the little star head bolt on the carrier, and then the bolt falls out. Push axles in and finally you can get to the c-clip to pop it off.
Man 3 days I've been trying to get this stuff off and apart. At least it will be easy when I do the swap. I wish somebody lived around here so it didn't take me so long to get anything done. Or at least some friends or family who knew how to work on cars. All I've learned I figured out on my own or with the help of this forum, after learning the basics in high school auto.

Thank you both lowrange and cruiser.

Would I notice a good difference in height between my RC 3" lift with AAL's vs. an RE 3.5" super flex kit with full leafs?
