Not necessarily. There are a few codes for hard faults with them but if the numbers are just whacked then the PCM has no real way of telling. On OBD-I the rear O2 I don't believe is involved in setting fuel trim (unlike OBD-II). If your forward O2 sensor is original, go ahead and get an NTK replacement. They only last about 80k

Trac bar to frame bracket. Mine was popping, I found the bottom two bolts were loose.

Also check your motor mounts. I was looking all over for a long time and all I had to do was look up at my motor mount and could easily tell it was shot.

Whats the normal idle rpms? And normal oil pressure? I just did a gauge swap and actually see those so im curious. My idle is about 800 - 900rpms. My oil pressure sits about 45 - 50ish.

750 RPM at idle, oil pressure can vary but 30-40 PSI at HOT idle is normal for a healthy engine. Hot idle means the oil is up to temp, which can be quite a few minutes after the coolant reaches temp. Good rule of thumb for oil pressure with the stock gauge is 0 when off, slightly to the left of the middle tick when hot, slightly to the right of the middle tick when cold, goes up with RPM and load. If in doubt get a mechanical testing gauge

Make sure your engine is completly hot and running for awhile for a accurate oil pressure reading. When its cold mine reads 60+ but then when its at hot idle im near 20-30. In the summer in 115* my oil pressurs more around 18-20 i believe.

i took apart my throttle body on my 99 xj and removed the iac valve housing to clean it all out thoroughly. In the process i broke one of the bolts that hold the housing down to the throttle body itself. I attempted to use an easy out set i got from autozone and its just not working and its starting to look as if im drillin the walls of the throttle body....my question is how bad would it be to just bolt it down with the 3 other screws with a gasket and/or are there any alternative routes i can take to avoid possible leaks in that corner of the broken screw such as just taping around the crevice with electrical tape lol
