Sounds like the wire on the sending unit might be loose.

Get a thermal gun and take real temps of the hoses. Either the gauge is bad, the sensor is bad or the thermostat is staying open

It is indeed the airbag module. Moved from under the seat in '98 or '99.

For some reason Chrysler decided putting important safety equipment in one of the rustiest spots on these things wasn't wise. Whodathunkit?

This is for everyone who has been in to deep....
Wet carpets how to dry them. Got some water in the interior after the last trip. Stuck with soaked carpets and I really really don't want my jeep to rust from the inside out... so what did you do to dry your carpets?
