My daughter's hate when I get on them about their key chains. Replaced to many ignition cylinders because of that!

I remember at the dealership having to tell the gals to ditch the bull nose ring with the charms, keys to everything they ever owned, the hula girl deal etc.

Hell, I had mine go out last October and the only store that had one in stock was autozone. Not a fan but got back a 117A one and its been working good :fingerscrossed:.
Ok I have two intermittent problems that are probably related. Every couple of days my jeep will hesitate whenever I press the gas pedal no matter how fast I'm going, I feel like this is my throttle position sensor. The other problem has only happened twice, to start the car I have to press all the way down on the gas and turn it over for a long time and keep it revved to 2000 else it will die. This happens after about 5 minutes of driving and I just have to pull over and reset my ecu and it runs great.
I have cleaned out the throttle body and iac recently.
I have a 96 Cherokee, manual, 4.0

I'll post since I am mobile and can't start a new thread. I want to do a dual e-fan conversion. What cfm do the stock fans pull? I have seen where people either approve or disapprove. Or should I get a 15" fan to bastard fit into the mech fan shroud? Regardless I will be replacing the stock 91 fan with the the better 97+ fan.
Thanks. For reference, I don't do any water crossing and the Ford Taurus fan is out of the question.

How much does the rear axle loose / gain in length during wheel travel? Reason I'm asking is that new driveshaft I picked up, and I'm wondering how much spline travel I should have left on the slip yoke @ the transfer case. Any easy way to figure this out with geometry? I imagine the rear axle has a relatively easy path since it doesn't have control arms
