well I tried the carb cleaner on all my vac line connections and there was no change in rpms. I may be missing one so these are the lines I know I checked: vac line from fuel prs regulator to intake, line from map sensor to intake, line from evap. to intake, and cruise control vac lines all the way to the bumper bottle. Missing something?

Another question. I have had a high idle issue ever since I replaced the tps and iacv. I have since replaced the tps and the iacv tests good. I have no manifold leaks and all the vacuum lines look good. At the time of the first replacements I also cleaned the throttle body. I am all out of ideas. Would trying a different TB be the next step? I'm running about 2000rpms when it idles high. About 85% of the time. Please help. Thanks
Well I hope I helped
Ok. I put a new muffler on my xj last weekend via clamps and the little metal adapters from autozone and it worked pretty well but the whole set up was 2 or 3 inches longer than stock but still fits fine. Now the problem is that the check engine light came on for the o2 sensor. Today I went and made sure everything was tight and that the sensor just past the cat was plugged in tight. Next I went down the road and the check engine light went off then a couple minutes later I hit a bump and it came back on. What do I do now? Thanks
ok so im planning on lifting my 89 xj 4 to 5 inches my question is do i need upper and lower control arms or just lowers, and if i need both why is there so many stores that feature just lower arms? and what about the control arm drop bracket, is this kind of the cheap, **** poor way of extending them, or are they decent.
thank you in advance
this is the website ive been looking at... any opinions of quality or affordability. I see they stock both the drop brackets and the control arms

ironman4x4.com has incredible arms at a reasonable price. i dont know if you need both upper and lowers, but considering its an 89... im sure they need new bushings...
just food for though.

Hi I'm new to this I basically joined this forum for my mom she not really the internet type. I live in Memphis my mom is in Ohio she has Ben tellin me on several occasions that her truck won't start. Then maybe the next day it will then maybe for three days it won't. My nephew has checked the oil it has gas she days a couple months back she had a crank shaft position sensor put on and the problem stopped, but its doing it again. Can you guys help me out so I can help out my mom I hate being so far away and unable to help her. Thank-you all in advance

is there a tip or secrete to putting new head lights in a ZJ? I took old ones out replaced header panel and the lower light and blinker went back in with no issues. The main headlight just wont clip back in for me. Any help would be great,
